Concrete Cleaning

(3 Step Cleaning Process)

At Indiana Roof & Exterior Cleaning we know that power washing alone will not provide the long term results that our customers are hoping for when it comes to their concrete, stone & brick cleaning. Power washing or pressure cleaning will only remove the surface level mold, moss, mildew, algae, grease, oil, rust or grime that is present. Read about our Three Step Cleaning Process below.

3 Step Cleaning Process

We are serious about the cleaning business and have developed a unique process in which we are able to remove and eliminate the mold, moss, mildew, and algae infestation on almost any type of surface or material.

Step 1

Our process involves attaching our industrial rated power washing unit to a surface cleaner (think of a floor buffer you might have seen in your local mall) providing us with pressure cleaning ability.  This pre-treatment provides a beautiful surface without any streaking normally seen from wand only power washing.

Grease PictureFor Grease, Oil, and High Traffic Areas

For these areas we pretreat the concrete surface with a powerful degreasing/cleaning agent and let the chemical dwell for 15 minutes.  Then we surface clean the concrete using a hot water industrial pressure washer.

Step 2

We next apply our algaecide/fungicide and surface brightening solution to further clean and kill the remaining mold, moss, mildew, an algae spores that are embedded in the pores of the concrete or stone itself.  This application not only brightens the surface to like new appearance but also provides our customers with a totally disinfected surface and longer lasting results from our cleaning.

Step 3

We finish our process by power washing the cleaned surfaces with a wide angle fan spray, providing enough pressure cleaning to rinse away the treated mold, moss, mildew, and algae.

Our previous customers have always commented about the beautiful results we provide and you will too when we perform this service for you.
